Realtors Academy uses one cookie. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Session cookie

After you log in we set a signed cookie named mojolicious that identifies your session. It is marked HttpOnly (JavaScript cannot read it), SameSite=Lax, and Secure on HTTPS. It expires 30 days after issue. Logging out, deleting your account, or clearing your browser cookies invalidates it.

Local storage

Your browser stores your light/dark theme preference in localStorage under the key ra-theme so the page doesn't flash on load. This stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Refusing cookies

The session cookie is strictly necessary to log in. If you block it, you can browse the public marketing site but cannot use the portal.
